Reefing newb
I have an 8 bulb Tek t-5 ho Fixture......bought it used. It has two switches. Should i do all white on one swith and blue on other? Right now its random. And how should I time the on and off? All or one then the other?

Living one day at a time
I have the blue come on a hour before the white. I have read that some people think this gives a ease into the light. Kinda like sunrise sunset. The white also go off a hour before the blue. I have no idea if this really makes a difference but its what I have done for years so I stick with it.
