Mega Brand any info feedback?

so i been looking for lights (on a budget) and was browsing amazon and came across this brand , ive never heard of them so decided to go to their website and well ....they sell different things amoungs them some aquarium stuff

i was looking at the 36inch fixture, they only offer 6700k bulbs so i would have to buy better bulbs , any ideas on the brand
