whenever the tank gets dark and the wrasse hasn't burrowed she gets scared and hides by rocks and tries borrowing. dose anyone else have a wrasse that dose this?
LOL. Your fish isn't scared of the dark. That's a human condition. I would imagine that evolution has trained your fish to hide at night so that it's safe from predators that might be trolling after sundown. I think most fish hide after the lights go out. I know all of mine do.
The only fish I have that don't flip out and hide are my clowns, they wait a while to go hide behind their rock. My wrasse is usually the first one to hide.
