Mysis

Hi All,

Question regarding Mysis. I have a 28g NC with the following inhabitants:

1 Six Line
1 Diamond Goby
CUC (1 Fire Shrimp, 1 Cleaner Shrimp, various snails, Emerald, Harlequin Serpent Star)
Various corals (froggy, zoas, shrooms, birdsnest, monti cap, flowerpot, palys)

I have been using Mini Mysis since day 1. Should I continue to use the Mini Mysis, or should I get the bigger Mysis?

I have a tiny 6-line -- he's probably only 1-2" long, and he can gulp up large chunks of food. I also had a diamond goby...i mean, their mouths are HUGE lol Mine would gulp large portions as well. I'm sure they'd appreciate larger chunks :)

Yea, I would like to start using the larger Mysis as I would think the fish/corals/inverts would like a larger piece instead of hunting down several little Mysis.

I would advise you to get the variety package of frozen foods for saltwater fish. It offeres them a variety that includes greens, mysis, squid and other things all in one pack. I get mine at PetSmart.
