Need Advice on Size of Cir Pump

I have a 40 gal tank and need a moderate water flow for my live rock and anemones. I was looking at the Hydor Koralia 3 Circulation Pump which puts out 850 gph. The Koralia 2 puts out 600 gph. Can anyone tell me which one would be a better fit for a 40 gal tank; by the time you put the live sand and live rock in the tank you only have about 30 gals of water. Any advice would be much appreciated. 1geo
