Need Help and Ideas

Ok so as some of you may remember I was trying to catch a crab, which I think is a red eye reef crab. We'll so far the bottle traps I have tried and the nylon traps have failed catching only hermits and bristle worms. Within the last week he has killed 2 of my dwarf hermits and he also just molted so I guess hes doing pretty good.

So I need some more ideas on how to get him out. I have heard thing like taking the rock out and pouring carbonated water on it and that it will make him go flyin out. I do know exactly where he lives he has a little cave with 2 enterances about an inch apart from each other.

If it's not too much hassle, your last idea is a good one that some ppl use, placing the rock in regular water, or some hot water...it should flush him out.

Would putting it in tap water be ok? or maybe just spraying really hot tap water into the whole hes in while the rock is out of the water? I don't have any distilled water at the moment.
