I am running a phosban reactor right now and it is working fine. Mind you if you went with the BRS you could run a dual reactor. Also on a side note a Lawnmower Blenny could mow through that in no time , just be sure if you do pick one up make sure he will eat

I'd say neither one. Go to home depot and pick up their "watts whole home" system. Looks just like a BRS reactor only it is a fraction of the price. I picked one up for $50, pop your GFO in that and voila! Bye bye hair algae. Or get a sea hare, but be prepared to take him out once the hair algae is gone as he'll starve.
