DUSTOFF MEDEVAC
Couple of questions, starting to order plumbing supplies.

I plan on doing my drain lines in PVC schedule 80, and the return in braided nylon tube. Is this a good/bad idea? Should the return only be in PVC?

Also, do most tanks come with the bulkheads already installed, or is this something else I should plan on buying?

Lastly, the return that is drilled is 1", but the pump's output is 3/4" - with a reducer, will this be a huge deal?

I ran all my plumbing in pvc then anything coming off my equipment for the return I used a tubing I got from a local pool store that they use for running lines for jacuzzi's to attach back to the pvc lines (a little flexible) ,, will make it easier for changeout later..my plumbing is also 1 inch and had to reduce it for the pump, have had no issues with it so far..

I've got PVC going to my sump and then flexible clear tubing for the return and it works great! Having the flexible return makes it real easy to make adjustments and also maximizes the flow as there are as few bends as possible.
