Ok, well no corals cuz i havent cycled yet
If you have stoney corals and their tissue is coming off their skeletons due to the force of water flow you have to much forceful flow. With the wide mouth propeller type circulation poer heads your flow is at much lower velocities as the stream leaving he pump is spread out more. That same flow pointed directly at a stoney coral if coming from a half inch nozzle delivering that flow would strip the living tissue right of their skeletons. So it differs depending on the source of the flow (design elements of pump and nozzle(s))and the direction in which it is pointed. Acros would love the circualtion in your tank.
