purple gorgonia

Hey does anyone know any special methods to salvaging a gorgonia that has breached the water line. I know that it is not just one life-form and that it is many. Alot of the branches are turning brown, and several clumps are also turning brown. What can I do to help bring this back and salvage a dying coral.

Probably.Purple Gorgs. dont do well in bright light to begin with.

Frag it to reduce it's size and place it lower in the tank.
