Question about Halide DE bulbs and Actinic Light

Is there a halide bulb DE 150 watt that gives off actinic light? Or is actinic light strictly a florescent bulb thing?

14000K is a gret looking bulb, anything under that will be a very yellow look, anything over that is a blue look

I agree here...... I ran a phoenix 14K on my last tank....... I used super actinic VHO bulbs for dawn/dusk effect only....... coloration was great with just the halide on without any actinic suppliments......
