question on using frozen food that thawed

I have Rod's food that I keep in the freezer. A few days ago after feeding I accidently left it out for at least 6 hours (before refreezing it) and it thawed completely and I believe assumed room temperature. Is it safe to feed my fish with or should I assume it will only make my fish sick and I should throw it out?

When in doubt, throw it out. What would you do if it was chicken breasts for you? (Okay, probably cook them, but still...) That said, its probably fine IMHO, but use your judgement and do what youre comfortable.

I will not put food that may have spoiled into my tank....I've known folks who caused crashes doing exactly that....
