Refractometer question

not too sure about the item, sure someone here can help you with that, but ive bought several things from ebay and even something from hong kong and it arrived quickly and was a great product at a great deal. :twocents:

Hannah, from what I saw it appears to be a standard refractometer. What makes you think it may not work for saltwater?

That will work fine. It has 2 scales like mine and probably most others. Here's the description:
"One scale checks the NaCl levels with the range of 0-100 ppt (with 1 ppt scale divisions) while the other scale gauges Specific Gravity with a range of 1.000 to 1.070 (+/- 0.001 accuracy)."

That looks to be the same exact one I have. It works great! Make sure to buy some calibration fluid so you know its dead on accurate. Then it will be your best friend.
