Saturday I went scuba diving and caught a 2" Rock Beauty. I have him in my 5g quarantine tank.He is also eating sponge I get off my dock! He is not showing any signs of disease, but am I wondering if I should still treat him with coppersafe?

my LFS treats all new fish with it on Q-tanks..especially when they are caugh directly from the ocean..so i dont think is a bad idea..

I have 2 occelaris clowns and a longnose hawkfish.
Also I began treating with coppersafe 2 days ago. Do you think I can put the rock beauty in the DT in a week.

You should follow the directions on whatever brand of copper you are using. It's usually recommended to treat longer than a week, but follow the directions on the bottle.
