is there a starfish that will clean the algae off my glass? and reef safe? the algae on my glass is such a pain in the ass and hard to get to... and the snails are idiots and barely suck it off.

Not really, i would look at the magfloats or something similar to deal that.

Plus any creature that eats the algae is going to leave "kiss prints" on the glass, none of them will completely clear it off.

little_fish has you covered. the best thing i can say is a good clean-up crew along with some good manual labor

Yup, manual labor is the only sure fire way to remove all traces of algae on the glass. I bought a blade scraper that can be attached to the mag float and I still think it's the best invention ever!!
