That snorkel bob dude annoys the crap out of me. He just wants to make it so the only way you can see any magic of the ocean is by going on one of his tours. Which, i think are extremely harmful in their own right. People step on the reefs, destroying corals, The sunscreen everyone has on leaches into the ocean, along with all the other trash people are busy tossing and dumping into the ocean.
I totally understand want and need to regulate removal of things off the reefs, but his method seems to me to be full of singleminded selfishness.
