trading down

So I sold my empty 120 rimless to an upstart LFS owner today. He is setting it up as his main display in his new shop. He knew that I had been contemplating either getting out completely or downsizing to a more manageable system and offered to trade for a smaller setup or a nano.

I had suggested maybe we could do it for a 60g cube. The way I see it I go from what I have to what I want without the hassle of parting my system out and dealing with 5 or 10 people. Any thoughts or discussion?

I like those cube 60's. We just sold one the we had at the LFS.
I can't say it'd be a bad trade and it does do away with the hassle of parting a big system out.

I say go for it. Will be cheaper than getting out of it now and then a few years down the road having to purchase everything over again. If a 60 works better for you, then it is a good trade

60 is nice size. Not a bad trade at all. Still alot of room to work with.
