Wavemaker for a 6' tank?

A guy in my local club is selling a wavemaker with 4x Maxi-jet 1200s.

Think that would be enough push for my 6' tank? I also have 2x Koralia 3s that I planned on using for random flow. Would those mess up the wavemaker's rhythm?

wave makers are cool, but I've about decided that their not worth the money.
Your trying to get chaotic flow anyway so the koralias wont mess with that.

The four MJ/wakemaker and the two Koralia 3 seems like plenty of flow to me.It wouldn't mess up the random flow, maybe it will enhance it.

I agree that those should be fine for your tank. In my 240, which is 7 feet long, I have 6 Koralia 3s running. So 4 MJs and 2 Koralias sound fine for yours.

The reef tank recommendation for power heads when small ones (MaxiJets) were about the only ones affordable was on MaxiJet 900 per every foot of tank for a shallow tank like a fifty five and one MaxiJet 1200 per foot for deeper tanks such as 125 gallon and larger. If you are going to use power heads what you are planning sounds good. Try to avoid the short cycle program and go for the longer cycle.
