What is this?

Usually when I change my sump socks they are just dirty but once in a while I find these little clear things that look like a minature shrimp which I don't know what they are but today I found this little clear thing that looked like a flat rolly polly bug. I mean it had the same legs and the shell was brown then clear then brown then clear. The brown was transparent but it looked like someone took a rolly polly and pressed it lightly with an iron to flatten it.

What are these two things?

So are there enough I shouldn't worry about it. I don't really want to run without socks.

My tank is not even done cycling after 6 weeks so I didn't know they would be there. It is taking forever but it is too much to explain right now.
