Wondering what this Coarl is

    I got thos coral about a week ago and was wondering if anyone knew what type it was?

    Also wanted to post a picture of the tank i havent made a been on here in a couple of months, just got a firefish and my frogspawn just split one of its heads so it has three now. cool to watch.

    My toadstool leather seems to have turned dark purple blue in a spot and i read online that they shed their skin and this is normal. how long does it take because it been at least a week probably two since its been blueish

    That first coral is a digitata, a type of SPS coral. I would try and remove that algae growing on the dead tip area.

    And it can take a few weeks to a few months for the leather to perk back up, but they are so tough I wouldnt worry about him
