What so you do for water movement in the tank, just some power heads? Protein skimmer?

I don't have a skimmer. Two return pumps and one powerheads. It's essentially 2x300 gph powerheads and one 240 gph powerhead.

Is there some sort of sump setup that the returns are coming from?

I have an All-In-One Tank, the back of the tank is the "sump". And the returns are coming from them.

That is pretty sweet I wish I had room for one
