Sorry to hear about your Mom's troubles, but this is the time for you to step up. Your a big boy. 17 yrs old is old enough to be driving. 17 is old enough to have a job. This should be motivation for you to show some maturity and help your Mom out. Get a job. Show her you can pay for your hobby on your own. Quit hanging on her apron strings. Make her proud!

i dont want a pony, they cost too much to feed and house and they shit too much. although there are about 15 horses within a minutes walk from my house so i could always steal one.

You need a bicycle. For real. Bike 2 miles to the bus stop, then bus it the rest of the way. I REMEMBER WHEN I WAS A KID I HAD TO WALK 18 MILES TO SCHOOL THROUGH 6 FEET OF SNOW, WITH NO SOCKS, UPHILL BOTH WAYS!!! Damn kid, get off my lawn!
