    GFO Feeding my hair algae??

Am I off base or could my GFO be feeding my hair algae. GFO (Granular Ferrous Oxide) is iron rust. Isn't iron bad in the aquarium because it helps feed the algae? I am just curious.

Sea Lab No 28 -- Tried it?

I bought some but have not tried it. I guess you could try it out just make sure and test regularly to make sure it is leaching the proper levels into your tank. It would be pretty cool if it worked but i don't see how it would disolve at the proper levels that your tank needs.

    Titanium heaters

Titanium should never rust. Rust is iron oxide isn't it? unless the manufactures are using a titanium alloy that contains iron it should never rust.
