Clown Fish

I have a larger Maroon clown but he is quite dosile, he doesnt bother anythign in the tank. Damsel, shrimp or otherwise. Can I get a pair of Black Ocellaris clowns or will the 2 species fight. I have a 75g, the maroon doesnt leave his 4-6" spot.

I think i actually have to worry about the damsels more than the maroon.

Chances are you'll have 1-2 dead fish on your hands if you try and add those clowns. He may not leave his area now but if similar looking fish are added she'll get really territorial.

Thats what I was worried about. Is there any way to egg create them off until the tank mates get comfortable.

It may calm them briefly but, it's almost an inevebility that they'll end up fighting.

Okay so, I decided against an additional clowns and got a Lemon Peel Angel. The Maroon and the Angel rubbed tails for 10 mins or so. Now they are sitting in cave across for one another. I guess they are now happy tank mates. I am hopping the Angel decides to start swimming around. I do not want 2 fish hidding in caves that all i see are white stripes and blue eye rings.

Give the new fish some time, it can take a few weeks for a new fish to settle in and feel comfortable
