craigslist buy...maybe whats your thoughts?

Found a guy selling "alot of saltwater aquarium stuff" on craigslist. He has a "sump" looks like a refugium, it has a second container it (takes up 1/2 of the sump with a inlet and the blue filter balls in it). He has a pro clear skimmer with aquatic pump. Also 2 - maxi jet 1200 power heads. All for $150
seem like a decent buy? He says they dont leak and all works.
Also where can I go to find instructions on setting it all up?

just an update, it looks like a pro clear wet/dry filter, not a refugium

wet/dry filters arent very good for saltwater, and im not familiar with that type of skimmer, im not sure if its a good brand or not. There are lots of bad skimmers out there, so buy with caution.

I would buy coral frags off craigslist and maybe an empty aquarium or stand but I just wouldnt buy used equipment personally.

arrrg one step forward 2 back. The sump was too tall to fit in my stand, the Skimmer was even taller...And I cannot justify 40 in gas to save a little on some used power heads...O-well guess Ill be "fresh" a little longer
