Reading through it, it looks good and they have a good feedback rating. I've never heard of them before, but maybe you could order a small amount first, just to see?

They've got 8 neg feedbacks in over 1600. All kinds of stuff sold but mostly reef related. I'd feel fine about buying from him. IMHO.
