Is it possible to make your own aiptasia-x type solution using calcium supplements? I heard kalkwasser can do it, so thinking maybe I can make something out of my kent AB doses...otherwise I have to wait until Tuesday when I can get to the LFS....

You can make a paste with kalk (calcium hydroxide). That kills them because of the super high pH. Your Kent A-B stuff won't work.

Some times trying to be lazy is more work than doing it right..... But for some reason, I never realize this until I have wasted too much effort on doing something to be lazy:mrgreen:

I've heard of people using the second part of their 2 part calcium soluion. Never tried it myself.
