Homer`s 105 gallon tank build

I had problem with temperature, so I bought extra heater... Now, the total wattage is 400 wats... ( 250 + 150) , hopefully they will be able to heat the water till the needed temperature... Otherwise, I am fed...

Nice up date, well be nice to see what the live rock you ordered will look like..

well I will do unpacking video... but first, I will buy powerhead :) :) , a cheap one.. When I am going for powerheads , I am not wasting my money on brand.. 30 $ powerhead is perfect for me :) ... I spend my money on good led lamps, and return pump, the things,I cannot afford to fail :)... if a powerhead dies, its ok, just replace it :D

Yes they are...and thats how we like them. Great video! The back siphon can be prevented by drilling a small hole on the return line just under the surface of the water on the display tank. That is how I have mine on the directional U tube. I dont remember how yours is but there should be a place that you can make a hole like 1cm from the surface....(like that I used metric) :D

Metrical system is sexy :) ... Yeah, I didn`t think about drilling the hole, but obviously it should work, let me wake up, put on some pants, then I will drill it and film the the result ....

The problem with the metric system is it makes to much sense....so it will never work in the U.S.A. :D

Oh yeah and on the Ammonia spike it might kill your hermits but i have read that you can use Prime to detoxify the ammonia, it wont get rid of it but will make it so it does not kill anything.

Prime? What is prime? And I`m going to order few more rocks... I like the life that comes with them... After sex with my gf,I went to check my aquarium, and there it was... this crazy thing.. slug/sea cucumber... let me upload a video and a picture...

The dead rock/base rock costs 14 dollars per kg... liver rock costs 18 dollars per kilogram, so I always go with the live rock, don`t see the point of buying dead rock and waiting for it to seed, because it won`t seed with anything new and cool ,only with the things, that already are living in the tank.. so not cool..

LOL after sex with your girl friend. HAHAHA

Anyways heres the Prime

Seachem Laboratories Prime

And wow usually base rock is like half the price of live rock where i live. Most people only use about 15 to 20 % live rock and the rest in base rock when they first start out to bring cost down. But hey what ever floats your boat. Go have some more sex them maybe you can make up your mind heheh JK
