Need new MH bulbs

I have a Coralvue Duel 250W MH ballast and an Icecap 400W MH ballast. I am looking at ordering some new bulbs and would like to upgrade from the ebay bulbs I have been running. I have lost the link to the chart that shows which bulbs have the best PAR for my ballasts. Does anyone have the link saved or do you have any recommendations.

Here ya go. Just enter the wattage and hit the Search button. It will list the results of all the MH bulbs of the wattage you picked.

That shows bulbs performance by ballast. It will give bulb results, but only for the ballast you pick. Sanjay didn't use any CoralVue ballasts in his test, but there is very little difference in performance between any electronic ballast. You will see big diffferences in results between the same bulb run on an electronic ballast vs a magnetic ballast vs a magnetic HQI ballast.

This looks like a great bulb for my dual 250W ballast
XM 250W 10000K SE 1 Icecap 250W Electronic N 115 11543 256 123 123 0.4492

And any of these look very good for the 400W Icecap ballast.

Does anyone have a recommendation or a disagreement with these choices. Only listed the one for the 250, because it seemed far superior using an electronic ballast for a mogel base bulb. The corresponding numbers are from the link to Sanjay's info.
