There could be, just be prepared for it and then count yourself lucky if it doesn happen.

did you add live sand or just regular sand? a lot of live sand has a lot of "Dead" things in it and will cause a cycle. like little fish said, be prepared for it. test your waters and play it safe before adding anything; wait about 2 weeks.

that will work and will seed the rest of your sand to live sand in no time. Still give your tank 2 weeks before adding livestock to be on the safe side
been a wile since i posted anything but i just did test's today and everything tested good. all levels were at 0. added lots to tank since last set of pictures. pill be posting new pics shortly. i know the tank is not big enough for the yellow tank and when he grows larger he will have a new home. i think the tank is coming along good!
