newbie's 20gallon

no, first clowns arent hosted by condy nems. Secondly, nems need stable systems to do well, which are rarely found in new tanks. Lastly, they have very high light requirements, and your lights arent good enough to support one.

Not sure if those are bite marks or not, is he being bullied by the clowns? It could also be missing scales from scooting in and out of the rocks.

The other thing is a feather duster!

i have been giving the condy about 6-7 mysis a day, thats what i have been feeding, i know variety.. so im buying different food tomorrow. but today i caught my condy trying to eat one of my turbos!!!! should i be feeding him more? or will he eat the turbos no matter what?

A green watchman goby would be out of the question right? The biolaod would be too high? I want a sandsifter to keep the sand looking nice

There is absolutely no way your tank could support a sand sifter, they require huge sandbeds. Instead, get some nass snails, they will take care of the sand bed for you. And with 3 fish already, you are already over what you should have in the tank, so I would say no go on the watchmen.
