The CDC in June has issued an official statement denying the existence of zombies.
The NOAA also followed and issued their own statement denying the existence of mermaids.

So...
No zombies, No mermaids, and tax dollars spent to make these announcements.
So yeah I think it's the latter :(

No one is going to buy water from you when it requires shipping - its far cheaper to buy it locally or make your own

I'll tell you what. $10k for 1000 gallons of water is pretty weak.

Go buy a tanker truck and fill it with your RO water....and then drive it across the country to me.

When you arrive I will reimburse you for gas. I'm sure it will be cheaper.
 
As I said I will reimburse you for the gas. Keep the receipts. I can probably spot an extra $50 for your time I suppose but if you're going to try setting up an RO business you should probably be prepared to put some time and effort into it.
