skimmer brands?

Currently I am running a Red Sea C-Skim... Not happy with the performance. I also did not do a lot of research before purchasing it. Now Its time to do both. What brands would you reccomend for a 265 Gal. FOWLR that may be converted into a coral setup? I also want something that may be used in a future expansion or larger tank (400+).

I have the Reef Octopus 8 Pinwheel Skimmer with Bubble Plate. Works great in my 180g.

reef octopus does make a great skimmer I would say get one like this..

Why Reef Oc? Price? Performance?
What do you think of the AquaC EV-400? Any users out there?

alot of us here recommend the reef octopus because of performance..
I have never used the aquaC before what I have heard about it is, it really is a good skimmer that moves alot of water but it is a bit on the loud side..
