T-5 Lighting help

[Speed Reefer]

Hey guys I have a 75 gal tank. I want to keep soft corals will this light be good enough for that. TEK LIGHT T-5, 48" Light Fixture 4 x 54W lamps by Sunlight Supply* - AquaCaveI'm on a fixed budget so 400 is all i can spend on lighting. any suggestions would be great Also any bulb configuration would be gladly appreciated Thanks :mrgreen:

Yeah, that will work fine for softies. If you're looking for cheaper lighting that's still a good product look into fish need it;lights; food;Sponge

I use 2 of their 4x54W T5's over my 75g.

If you are absolutely sure soft and LPS corals is all you want then those 4 bulb Tek or the ones Hitchhiker linked to will be plenty of light.

Often times,people in this hobby upgrade because what they originally bought wasn't good enough for corals that interest them later.If you can swing it,go with something that has 6 bulbs and individual reflectors so no worries later down the road.
