so today i just bought the green killer machine uv sterilizer

i installed everything and plugg it in and itt makes a lot of noise. it sounds lik a rattling noise. i took the suction cup off from the glass and makes no noise. but as soon as i suction cup it bak on the glass. rattle noise.
anybody having this problem??
