What do you think of this TDS meter?

I need a TDS meter, especially since I'm having dino problems and I want to eliminate my water supply as the source. Also had a question about this meter, so since I have 2 inline DI filters, do I place the probe after the first or second?

Remember, TDS meters do not detect chlorine. You need a separate test for that.
