Additional lights...good deal or rip off?

i have a 24" 250 odyssea metal halid fixture with 2x 65watt t5 actinics and 4 LED moonlights that i purchased for 100$ in hopes of setting up a cube aquarium. Due to my always increasing powerbill that seems to have no limits, i decided to hold off on that and focus on my 75g for now. Im trying to sell it locally for what i paid for it and have a few interested buyers but decided i would go to one of my LFS and see if they would give me a store credit for it. They will give me 100$ like im asking if i buy the other lights i need for my 75. Currently, it has 4x 48 t5s and im going to add 2 more.

whats in the package,
1x workhorse5 ballast (used, and will this work for 4 ft bulbs?)
2x reflectors and clips
4x end caps and standoffs
2x ati bulbs

grand total $163 minus my $100 credit which will make it $63 plus tax. is that a good deal? or a rip off. the fixture im trading/selling is 5 mos old and in great condition.

Let me know what you guys/gals think.

have a few people interested in buying the fixture in cash so that will be good.. im considering upgrading my lights to LED's now after watching some videos. once i sell some stuff, i will get this thing on the road.
