Box of Salt?

I'm going to be buying some salt from foster&smith and I was planning on buying the box. It's a better deal at $0.21 per gallon mix vs. the bucket which is $0.27 per gallon mix. In fact they both cost the same even though the box is 40 gallons mix more. So I was wondering if there was a reason why most places don't sell the boxes and why I haven't seen many people using them. Do you have to put the salt in a container after you open the box to prevent it from clunking up? If that's so, then I'll just get the bucket...

Get the box, better deal. Keep one of your old buckets and throw it in those.

My box had 4 different bags of salt in it. Yes if you already have a bucket save it to reuse with the box of salt.

Yea, thats how they come. You throw into the bucket what you don't use, or throw in 3 bags at once, like I do.:beerchug:
