lights please help

i have droped ceilings how well do you think a hanging kit would work .. im afraid itll fall

You'll have to go above the dropped ceiling.The tiles and grid wont hold the weight of the lights.
You can use a utility knife and make a small slit in the tile for the hanging cables.Or if you have a plum-bob you can just drill a small hole in the tile and drop the cable down through it.

this is my celling i dont think its exactly dropped but their like tile things

If the tiles have wood behind them,you mak be able to just use longer screws to hang the cables with.
