My First Salt Water Tank 29 Gallon!!!

Absolutely spend a little more on the skimmer. I bought a sea clone and trashed it 2 months later for an AquaC Remora. Night and day difference. Diatoms will drive you nuts, but you will be amazed how different it will look in a year. Here is a shot of my tank after 3 weeks, and another a year later.

Note the sea clone skimmer

Still having some diatom issues. Not sure whats causing it, seems the snails eat a buch of it every night. Once the lights come on in the morning it all come back within about 2 hours.

I have to tell you but please don't hurt the messenger. The mushrooms has flatworms on them, Which aren't good. They multiply fast. So siphon them out as soon as you can can treat your tank with flatworm treatment. Shoot can't remember the name. someone help me.

Piggy's got a hell of an eye for those flat worms:D The treatment she's speaking of is called Flatworm Exit.
Other than the flatworms, its looking good.
On those Zoas,Just name them whatever you like.Who knows, the name may catch and make you a millionaire:D
