Sigh. Live Rock Ranch.

Marco was out of live rock and I had other options from a while ago bookmarked that I thought I had researched and noticed the great price of Live Rock Ranch. Ordered the 100lb combo box and received the confirmation email that they received my order. I did some research afterward to see what people say about their shipping and found forum after forum bashing them for their terrible service and quality of rock.

Should I begin the process of attempting to get my money back or have people here had okay experiences with them? I feel I may have just gotten shafted.

hate to say it but I havent heard any good about them at all.. maybe someone else on here has but in my opinion if they havent taken the money yet cancel the order and go with a more reputable place...

And get your rock from bulkreefsupply.

As long as they haven't boxed it, you can cancel. Call them/email them. And, at least you did some research, better a little late than never :)
I used Bulk Reef Supply for rock and love them. Great experience

I have not heard anything about Live Rock Ranch. That isn't good and that isn't bad either. :)
