Sixline red spot

Yesterday she was ok, but now she has a red-orange spot near the end of her dorsal fin. It is either some sort of sting from my hammer, a disease or a scratch. You can still see the colours of her lines crossing the spot and there is no blood or tissue necrosis. Do you know what it might be? Is my wrasse in danger? I can't take a photo because she is very fast.

PS: She once had a very swollen abomen and I thought she was either pregnant or had worms, but the next day, she was fine. Will this spot go away like the swollen belly?

Very likely she just scraped herself. As long as she is still eating I wouldnt be too concerned, it will most likely heal on its own.
