I would test your O2 and orp levels these could be the reason your coral could be suffering. many times most ppl never test for these and there water parameters are good not knowing that these are essential that the correct ions are being tested for and being used, the elements you test for could be present but not in the correct form, negating your test results. this is why water changes are vital and if your orp or o2 is off your coral be be in essence killing itself because the zooxanthellae is working harder and the coral is trying to regulate because of the lack of o2 in the work impeding the exchange of 02 also with the orp ( oxidation redox potential ) could be off if your if there is not enough oxygen in the water to break down your waste, this could be your problem, hope all gets better
