If its in the 10,Then I just dont the water will ever be stable enough to support it.
As for lighting for an anemone,You need at the very minium 6 watts per gallon.

Your 30 should be alright for the anemone.
You can use the halides,But make sure you mount it high enough and have a small fan handy.
Anemones cant handle temp swings.

Never add anything unless you know with out a doubt that have what it takes to keep it.

A lot. Around 8 watts per gallon. If you have T5s, you can go with less. But you still need a lot.

perfect i can get two 250 watt halides for the 125 plus a 400 and some 28 inch pcs but for now i can get the two and put one 250 on the 30

Your 30 is going to boil under 250 of MH. You're going to have to put it very high up.
