I understand the 10x-20x rule. But I have 2 power heads. Just split it to thirds? Or dose the wet/dry filter and skimmer need more or less, or all? Thanks

This sound right? water fills overflow (in tank) and gravity drains into the top (dry side) of the wet/dry sump. Water then trickels over the blue bio balls and fills the wet side of the filter. while in that side it is sucked into the skimmer, then skimmed and the clean water drains back...
