ok another update,got 5 new coral frags from saltcritters.com,actualy ordered 4 frags but got a free one,going to check out some live rock tmarrow from craigslist along with a few corals

ok another update,i picked up 20 more lbs of nice live rock,and about 4 or 5 new corals,rescaped my tank and made it look alot more like a real reef,once i add about 20 more lbs of rock this weekend it will be prety much it on the rock and mabey get just a few more corals over the next few months

corals looks better today,i got a total of 5 new corals and a deresa clam yesterday from reef systems coral farm,now if anyone from columbus hasnt seen this place its really awsome and you should,they have tons of corals and they know their $hit,i seen some nice 3 inch clams and asked about them and i ended up with a full tutorial about how to identify weather its a heathy spec and what to look for when buying one,these guys are very good

ok i got 7 more corals today ,well 6 and one for free,got a pink birdsnest for free,got a large frag orange monti,a frag of palawanensis monti,frag of valentine poco,a frag of xenia,a frag of purple rim monti and a frag of shady lady monti,i think i now have over 20 corals now,i only have a few more to get before im done

ok added 3 fish and a shrimp yesterday,got a royal gramma,a black cap basslett a 6 line wrasse and a big pregnant fire shrimp,so far no fighting with any fish and im hoping everyone stays happy,i dont think ill be getting any more fish for this tank unless i can keep a yellow watchman goby and mabey a mandrin after a year is up if everything permits,i now have a total of 6 fish all under 2 inches each,how much more fish could i add without over stocking?

new update,lost the gramma but black cap and 6 line doing great,just ordered a new set of bulbs for my fixture,got 2/250w 14k pheonix,and 1 purple plus,2 blue plus and 1 true actinic ATI bulbs,should be here this week,will post before and after pics

ok been a while since the last update,lost and gained a few corals due to some unexpected power outages over the last month but overall things have gone better so far this year,am getting some new corals here this week so im excited about that.down to 2 fish the one clown and the 6 line and the cleaner shrimp

thanks smitty,its been a hell of a year last year but really hoping things start looking up from now on,bee threw to much already,not only in the tank aspect but the personal one too,at least i can say the hair algae problem i was having is pretty much gone after a couple months of running the gfo reactor,lucky for me my clam seems happier now then ever before almost lost my whole colony of grape monti i got off fast,some of it is starting to come back as well as my bearly hanging on purple haze monti

here are a couple pics after adding a platinum purple sebae that is 10+ inches and 2 trachys,some rics,a st thomas mushie,several zoa/paly frags,ordered a new reef octopus 2000 hob skimmer to boot

make sure to spot feed that fungia, i lost mine due to not feeding it regularly
