He's actually really cool (it's an all white Halloween Urchin). In that pic he was literally hanging from my frag rack by those little suckers of his.

I think it's been working pretty well. It's been pulling out some nasty looking stuff though. The first 3 or 4 days it was shooting out a ton of micro bubbles but, it's seemed to have settled in nicely.
