About 30-45 mins later??? Richard was back up. Time to get back in the boat and pull up the haul.

You can already see how covered it is in tunicates and other life.

On the way back to the marina with our underwater treasure!
Note that everything is coming up and put directly into barrels of fresh ocean water that was just pumped in fresh!

I'm guessing Tampa Bay Saltwater has all sorts of business and collecting permits.... but you can collect all the lionfish you want right now, no limits, no licenses needed!
 
TBS leasing a portion of the gulf from the govt.
He put in all the rock he collects back out. It's all aquacultured so no damage to the reef.
