Had a couple friends tell me to check out the latest threads....WHOAAA!
All I have to say is I am glad I was in Florida and when I came back I was too busy cleaning and caring for my FISH TANK! :frustrat:
This may be more interesting than the Crackberry forums I used to peruse!!!! :bowdown:
BTW, before this thread is closed, can you PM me first??? JK! :mrgreen:

Damn that Flame Hawk is one cool cat! :coolgleem I wonder if I could keep one? Do you know if they are jumpers and reef safe?

They do NOT jump (I know mine hasn't) and they are more than reef safe!
As my LFS guy says, "No reef tank is complete without a Hawkfish!"
 
Time for Marty to retire!!I'm a huge devils fan,but man that was painful to watch....
Flamehawks are awseome ,still my favorite fish!

I just looked them up and it said they might eat or pick at your shrimp. Do you have shrimp?

They "may" go after ornamental shrimp. That being said, if fish are not fed regularly they may go after smaller prey. I have a skunk cleaner but that's it, no peppermints.
When I tell you that the Hawk is about as peaceful as any reef fish, it is all over the tank, rocks and loves to sit down...great fish!
