We have all ended up buying them at one time or another. Four snails dying wont be a huge factor in your tank. Like I said my hermits have some cool looking shells at least. :D

If you want one. But they are pretty aggressive, they should be put in close to last

They can also be really aggressive. I would add the more peaceful fish first

Maybe a Goby? My Diamond Watchman Goby is pretty cool. There are tons of different types to pick from. :)

I don't have a top on my tank...I really wanted one but would need some sort of screen

A goby or a blenny. I would suggest making a list of the fish you interested and then plan from there

our list was a foxface, six line wrasse or flame angel

we only want 4 fish in the tank and already have 2 clowns

I absolutely promise you that there are more fish out there that you are going to want than you think.

Foxfaces are usually total chickens though, that would be a good next addition

I have looked on LA but all the fish we want are too big for our tank lol...the only other fish I want is a dottyback

we will prob do a foxface then a flame angel

I'm not sure if a Diamond Watchman Goby would try and jump out, I know the firefish goby will. I have a lid on my tank either way, not taking any chances :p

yeah I wouldn't take the risk...I would def have to fab something for the top

You don't want a solid top, it's not good for your tank. There are several threads on how to make nice mesh lids though in the DIY section
